Terms of Service (Beta)

Last updated: 8 July 2026

Welcome to CyberEMS. By using the private beta, you agree to these terms. Please keep in mind: this is early software under active development.

Beta note: CyberEMS is operated by CyberEMS. Full company legal details will follow at general availability. Questions? Email [email protected].

1. Beta status

CyberEMS is in a private beta phase. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed. We may modify, suspend, or end the beta at any time.

2. "As-is", no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. During the beta we offer no guaranteed availability, uptime, or SLA. Errors, interruptions, and inaccurate data may occur.

3. Your hardware and energy decisions

You remain responsible for your own devices, installation, and energy choices. CyberEMS provides insights and recommendations, but final decisions about your hardware, contracts, and energy usage are and remain yours. Always check recommendations against your own situation and the instructions of your manufacturer and installer.

4. Third-party integrations

CyberEMS works through cloud integrations you connect (such as Homey, HomeWizard, Tesla, SolarEdge, Enphase, Zonneplan, and Tibber). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CyberEMS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the beta, including data loss, missed savings, or device malfunctions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to compromise its security or other users. We may restrict access in case of misuse.

7. Changes

We may update these terms during the beta. We'll let you know about important changes. Continued use of the service counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
